What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

I am not good with negative feelings. I have a hard time with depression  and anxiety, and when you add in negativity, I tend to break down. I don’t normally do it in front of others. It it does happen.

If it is others’ negativity about themselves, I can normally bring a smile to their face with a caring gesture or word. Yet, in  general, I just try to make it through with an ultimate positive attitude. Not always the easiest thing to do, but I do try. Kitt ☺️
